So Cat will get a kick out of this, but I was SO excited today to make use of my new loaf pan. The plan was to make banana bread -- yummy, soft, moist, sweet banana bread. Mm mm....
Alas, it was not meant to be and what I am left with is... well, still edible... although the first words that come to mind are "somewhat leathery." Yeah. Sad.
Clearly, more experimentation baking in this oven is necessary. Boo.

Your other cooking experimentation has been rather successful however.
I think baking requires much more precision and less excitement =)
